Who are Diversity Dimension |

Richard Purser is Managing Director of Diversity Dimension. He has over 30 years
experience in customer focused organisations, within a variety of functions impacting
directly on diversity.
Prior to launching Diversity Dimension, Richard developed the diversity strategy for
the West Bromwich Building Society, which delivered outstanding sales, community
recognition and staff development performance along with substantial media coverage
and also resulted in the achievement of the 2004 National Diversity Award from
Business in the Community.
The Market Research Society
acknowledge him to be an experienced and inspirational speaker, and Richard has supported
a host of other organisations from within the public and private sectors with the development
of diversity strategies and communications. Leicester City Football Club is just one client
that generated a range of benefits, as reported in the PSD Group Spring/Summer 2006 newsletter.
Diversity Dimension also work with a team of Associates with wide experience of diversity issues,
